Vessel RBI

This is a browser-based vessel Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessment workspace that guides the user through a complete analysis for an individual pressure vessel. It brings together the vessel’s identification and design data, process chemistry, credible damage mechanisms, corrosion and minimum-wall calculations, cracking and other degradation screening, release-hole assumptions, consequence assessment, risk ranking, inspection planning, history and final reporting in one file-based workflow. The tool is structured as a series of modules so that information entered early in the assessment flows into later calculations and planning decisions, while the user can save, review and export the record for AI integration later.
